4.1 User obligations
Users must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential, use the Platform per its purpose and GO‑RO Code of Conduct; do not post illegal, discriminatory, misleading Content or Content infringing third‑party rights.
4.2 Moderation and procedure
Notification → assessment → action. Reported Content is assessed and, if confirmed, removed or restricted within 24 hours; in urgent cases immediate actions occur. The User is notified and may appeal within 15 calendar days, per the published procedure. Platform keeps a moderation transparency report in line with the DSA.
4.3 Sanctions
Breaches may result in warning; temporary suspension (7/15/30 days depending on severity); removal of Premium features; or permanent termination.
- Posting, intellectual property and licenses
5.1 Rights and responsibilities
The User retains ownership of uploaded Content. By publishing, the User grants the Platform a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, archive and promote the Content while it is published on the Platform or used in related promotional materials. The User warrants possession of necessary rights.

In such cases the Platform will notify the decision and may refund the fee for the unused period where applicable.
- “Verified Partner” verification
6.1 Procedure and documents
For the badge, Company submits documents (e.g., registration certificate, VAT/CUI proof); Platform verifies against public registers. Badge is granted for 12 months and may be revalidated. Company must notify material changes within 5 days.
6.2 Revocation
Badge may be revoked if discrepancies, frauds, or authority requests arise; Platform will notify decision and reasons, with right to contest.
- Pricing, invoicing, payments and refunds
7.1 Currency and display
Prices are shown in EUR. Payments in RON for Romanian Companies are calculated at the NBR exchange rate on invoice date.
7.2 Payment method, recurring billing and renewals
Bank transfer or automatic payment via the payment method chosen by the User (card or SEPA direct debit); alternative arrangements only by written agreement. Renewals are prepaid; the Platform issues a pro‑forma/invoice at the start of the chosen period; the Premium subscription reactivates on confirmation of receipt of the first payment. By purchasing a Premium subscription, the User authorizes EU START SRL to charge recurring automatic payments for the fee associated with the selected package to the payment method provided (card or SEPA direct debit). Billing will occur automatically on the chosen cycle (monthly) and will continue until the User cancels the subscription from their account or by written request. Premium is activated upon receipt of the first successful payment or, for automatic payment methods, upon confirmation of the initial debit; for subsequent recurring charges the service remains active as long as recurring payments are accepted. The User may cancel recurring payments at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. In case of a failed debit, the Platform will attempt retries in accordance with the Payment Policy; after multiple failures the subscription may be marked Expired and Premium access suspended. Pro‑forma payment term: 7 calendar days from issuance unless stated otherwise on invoice.
7.3 Non‑payment and penalties
If payment is not received within 10 days of due date (for manual payments) and/or after the automatic retry procedure (for recurring payments), Platform may suspend Premium features and withdraw promotion allocations; at 30 days unpaid service may be terminated. Statutory late interest and recovery costs may apply.
7.4 Refunds and cancellations
General policy: no refunds except where expressly stated on invoice or if a listing is refused prior to publication. If refused prior to publication, fee for unused period will be refunded. Plan changes/cancellations must be notified at least 5 days before next due date.
